Alongside our specialized private therapeutic services, we cultivate meaningful opportunities for individuals and families of all ages to gather, grow, and heal together through localized youth development, leadership training, education, and community-centered programs.

As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, The Center creates accessible opportunities for people of all ages across the South Coast & South Shore to connect, learn, and find support through dedicated outreach, strong local partnerships, and shared holistic practices.

Through our proud nonprofit partnership with The Pound, we support vital youth development, leadership mentorship, and physical empowerment programs. These unique experiences are purposefully designed to help children and teens across Wareham and Bourne build lasting life skills, resilience, and personal confidence.
GATHER & PRACTICE
Wellness experienced together.
We host regular community meditation, Qigong, educational workshops, and small-group wellness discussions. These affordable, public experiences create an open, welcoming space to slow down your busy schedule, explore gentle movement, and connect with like-minded neighbors in Buzzards Bay and Plymouth.
