The Center offers a comfortable, welcoming place for teens to slow down and care for their bodies. Our youth-focused menu includes 30 and 45-minute therapeutic massages, alongside gentle teen Reiki, vibroacoustic sound therapy, infrared sauna, red light and blue light therapy, and PEMF recovery mats.
Ideal for soothing sports fatigue, posture strain from desks, and school stress for families throughout Buzzards Bay, Onset, and the South Shore. Multi-visit series and packages are available.

Whether managing the physical stress of competitive youth sports or the mental pressure of a demanding school year, our specialized sessions offer students across Wareham, Bourne, and Plymouth a quiet sanctuary to rest, recharge, and safely regulate their nervous system.
• Teen Therapeutic Massage: A focused, 30 to 45-minute hands-on session tailored to alleviate growing pains, soothe muscle soreness from sports, and ease tension built up from long hours at a desk.
• Teen Reiki: A gentle, supportive 30 to 45-minute energy healing session that calms an overactive nervous system, reduces mental fatigue, and restores emotional balance.
• Advanced Recovery Modalities: Teens can also access our cutting-edge, cell-level biohacking tools to optimize their physical recovery, including our Infrared Dome Sauna, Red Light Therapy, PEMF mat, and Vibroacoustic sound mat, as well as targeted structural recovery techniques like Cupping and Gua Sha.
Parental consent is required for all minors. A parent or legal guardian must be present at the studio during the session.
